The light is love

The spiritual understanding of those that can see the light can be summed up in one sentence. 'The light is love' :)

HOW TO SEE THE LIGHT

(with your own physical eyes)

When you finish your day, and lay down in bed, with the lights off, and your eyes closed...

... and you think about your day, what you have done wrong, what you want to eat for lunch tomorrow, what you need to apologise for, what you want to do on the weekend etc.

Instead of all that, or after all that...

I want you to focus your 'optic nerve', on the back of your 'iris' (the coloured part). And not the whole lot, just a pizza slice section of it. And just the crust part, like a pan pizza, just focus on the outside edge, of one of the slices of a pizza.

Note, your eyes are so use to focusing your optic nerve through your pupil, that you need to visualise it first. Imagine a cone. Your optic nerve is the 'point', and the 'outside edge of the circle part of the cone', is the outside edge of your iris.

So... please try focusing your optic nerve, at say the 7 to 8 o'clock region, of the outside part of your iris. Now slowly go around the outside, focusing for half a second, per increment.

Now go, 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock... now go backwards, 10 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 8 o'clock, 7 o'clock. Now swap over to the other side, say 4 o'clock. Now go 4, 5, 6, 7. Jump across to 1, 2, 3, 4. backwards again. 3, 2, 1, 12, 11, 10. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. 10. 5, 6, 7. etc.

Do it for 1 min in one eye, then... swap to the other eye. You will notice your dominant in one eye at this point.

Try it with the other eye for 1 min, then swap back. Do it for 2-5 minutes each night.

If you fail the first night, try again the second, third, 15th, 81st night etc. Just keep trying...

What your looking for are these _razor_ thin lines of light, that jump/spark into your vision. You should see about 20-30 over the period of 2-3 tenths of a second. :) And that's it!

... That's the light :)

Instinctively, you will try to stare directly at the light. Which, won't work, cause you then focus your optic nerve back through your pupil, and can only see darkness again.

...

At some point after practicing for a few weeks or maybe a year or 2, and seeing these razor thin lines of light, you will lay down one night, and close your eyes, and say to yourself, "I'll go look for the light"... And then you will see it. Full on! It is f'ing mind blowing... :)

And when you see it... you just know, wholeheartedly. It is love!

That is all the light is... One word. Love.

Please understand that once you see the light, you really just know... :)

So give it a go. Keep trying til you see it. It's there waiting for you to see it. And it's worth the effort. :)
